Abstract: The first record of the introduced plant bug Deraeocoris flavilinea (A. Costa,
1862) (Miridae: Deraeocorinae: Deraeocorini) from Slovakia is presented, as well
as four additional records from the Czech Republic. In three of the cases the
species was collected on the non-native honey locust Gleditsia triacanthos in
city parks.
